HS-CRP

The Repair Patch consists of an irradiated cross-linked polyolefin backing sheet with a heat activated adhesive layer. The patch is specifically designed for sealing damages caused to the pipe coating during transportation, handling and laying. In combination with the melt stick, which is used to fill voids and notches, it offers excellent protection against moisture ingress and corrosion. It is compatible with most of the common pipeline coatings like PE, PP, FBE, CTE etc and is suitable for pipelines operating at temperatures up to 80ºC

應用說明:
工廠可以提供整卷的補傷片，一般200MM,250MM寬，25米長一卷，厚度有2.0mm和2.5mm兩種規格。客戶根據管體防腐層損傷的情況裁切相應大小的補上片來使用，與熱熔膠棒（CLO）配合使用效果更佳。
